THE GREAT MAGNA SLEEPOVER

Weare organizing a Sleepover for ALL Beaver Scouts in the Countyof South Yorkshire. All young people andtheir leaders are invited to attend this event, we aim to have as many BeaverScouts there as possible. Come along and join the fun with Norton Beavers

WHERE? MAGNA – ROTHERHAM

WHEN? 10^th / 11^thMarch 2012 (6.00 pm Saturday – 4.00 pm Sunday)

HOW MUCH? £ 28 full cost

Price to includesupper, breakfast, packed lunch and a full day’s entry on

Sunday into MAGNAActivity Pods

Theevent will be run in accordance with the Scout Movement Policies: we will haveour own first aid team plus the support of Magna staff.

Allthe Beavers will be sleeping in the main hall, at the MAGNA which will bescreened off for the boys and girls. Wewill have a patrol on all night, and emergency lighting will be on all night.

Theheating will also be left on, but when we move round the MAGNA on the Sunday itwill have no heating, so please make sure you have sent warm clothing for theSunday.

Ithas been decided to put a limit on spending money, therefore if the Beaverswould like to bring money to spend on souvenirs in the shop at MAGNA, pleasenote the maximum amount is £5.00
